Each video is custom-generated based on your specific inputs (recipient name, occasion, message), making it a unique digital product created exclusively for you. Once the generation process begins, resources are consumed that cannot be recovered.

If you experience a technical issue with your video generation caused by a malfunction on our end, we will regenerate your blessing at no additional cost. This policy covers situations where our system has not functioned as intended.

Technical issues covered by our regeneration policy include:

• System malfunctions or server errors during generation

• Failed video delivery where the video was never received

• Corrupted video files that cannot be played

• Missing or garbled audio in the final video

• Incorrect video style delivered (different from what was selected)

• Generation errors that result in incomplete videos

This regeneration policy does not cover user errors or changes of mind, including:

• Typos or spelling mistakes in recipient names

• Incorrect occasion selection

• Message content you wish to change after generation

• Dissatisfaction with creative choices you made during ordering

• Wanting a different Jesus style or background music after generation

You agree to use JesusBless.io only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our service:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JesusBless.io and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

We are not responsible for any emotional, spiritual, psychological, or other impacts arising from the use of our service or viewing of our videos. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific video in question.

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use, share, and display your generated video for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may freely share your video with the intended recipient and on social media.

You may not resell, redistribute for profit, or use generated videos for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

JesusBless.io retains the right to use anonymized versions of generated content for promotional, marketing, and service improvement purposes. If you wish to opt out of promotional use, please contact us at support@jesusbless.io before placing your order.

Our service integrates with third-party providers for payment processing (PayPal), video delivery, and other functionality. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
